I received this in an e-mail from a very large corporation. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve seen this awkward placement of the adjective form of “below” in business communication:

An excerpt from a job description posted by a major corporation. They were looking for a communications manager with, among other things, these attributes:
“Excellent creative writing skills, able to identify and develop clear, customer orientated messages. Strong attention to detail.”
